Batches overview is essentially an overview of past batches, the current batch and, in case production orders are set up, upcoming batches as well.

This feature is intended to assist with troubleshooting any issues on the stations that might be related to changeovers - enabling a quick overview of different batches, a search function to focus on the batches of a specific product, changeover notes, etc.

The overview can be opened from this icon:

The last 4 completed batches are shown by default for the shift you are opening the overview from. And for the current batch, it also depends on what shift you are on:

• if a running shift, then the currently ongoing batch is shown.
• if an ended shift, then the last batch that was running on that shift.

In case there is an integration set up to have production orders linked to Evocon, then the “Upcoming batches” tab is also available:

For each batch you can see:

• The time and date when it was started (the changeover time)
• Product name
• Product code (if set)
• Quantity and target
  • Good quantity (scrap) / target (if set)
• LOT/Batch information (if added)
• Changeover notes (if added)
