You can export all the reports in the Evocon system to Excel for further analysis. This is useful when you have a specific data point that you want to analyze or there are custom reports that you want to create in order to track production progress.

What export options are available from the data table for different reports?

Downtime All (Excel)
Notes (Excel) “All (Excel)” download will return all the columns you had selected in the report data table.
”Notes (Excel)” download will return all the extra notes that operators have added to the production stops in Shift View.
Speed loss All (Excel)
Notes (Excel) “All (Excel)” download will return all the columns you had selected in the report data table.
”Notes (Excel)” download will return all the extra notes that operators have added to the speed losses in Shift View.
Scrap All (Excel) “All (Excel)” download will return all the columns you had selected in the report data table.
OEE All (Excel) “All (Excel)” download will return all the columns you had selected in the report data table.
Quantities All (Excel) “All (Excel)” download will return all the columns you had selected in the report data table.
Time usage All (Excel) “All (Excel)” download will return all the columns you had selected in the report data table.
Checklists All (Excel) “All (Excel)” download will return all the columns you had selected in the report data table.

Note: In case you have unit labels visible in the data table (all included products have the same unit), this is not exported, to keep the Excel data in number format only.

Note: Only the columns that you have selected to be shown in the data table are exported.

How to export all data from a standard report’s data table?

  1. Open the report.

  2. Click on the “Export” button in the top right corner of the data table (if there is a dropdown, select “All (Excel)”):

  3. The file is downloaded and ready to be used for analysis.

How to export stop reason or speed loss extra notes?

  1. Open Downtime or Speed loss report

  2. Apply the filters you need, click on the “Export” button in the top right corner of the data table and select “Notes (Excel)” from the dropdown:
