The Analyst reads a station's OEE and downtime data for a period you choose and returns one short report: the losses that cost you the most, impact on OEE, and a recommended next step for most of them.

Evocon calculates the numbers from your production data. AI selects what matters and explains it in plain language, so you know where to look without needing a data analyst.

What is the Analyst?

Most factories measure their production. Far fewer get answers from it, because finding the answers is real analysis work: which stops happen together, which losses concentrate on one product, shift or time of day, and which numbers mislead because of a few extreme events.

The Analyst does that work for one station at a time and writes the result as a short report you can read in about three minutes.

Each analysis contains:

An analysis opens with the summary and the top priorities.

Note: The Analyst does not replace Reports. It tells you where to look. The Downtime, OEE and Production speed reports are where you check the evidence and dig deeper.

How to create an analysis

Who can create analyses? In the first version, only admins can create analyses. Other users can open and read every analysis for the stations they have access to.
