Here is a full overview of everything that changed in Checklists with examples.

📍Changeover trigger

The changeover trigger enables you to create a checklist that will show after the operator has added a product changeover. Moreover, the checklist can delayed, after the changeover, by a specified time.

Another update to this trigger is the interval option which keeps the check repeating till a new changeover has been marked.

For example, show the check 2min after product changeover has been added and keep repeating every 30min till the next changeover.

⏱️ Daily trigger (NEW)

Choose day(s) and a time when the check will show on the Shift View.

For example, you can configure the evening cleaning reminder to be every Wednesday and Saturday at 18:00.

➕ Duplicating Checklists

For easier creation of new checklists, we have added the duplication option.

📝 Visual check is now ‘Yes/No’ confirmation

We have updated the previously named Visual check to something more universal – a Yes or No answer.

The operators will confirm if the result of the check is Yes (good) or No (bad).

‘Mark as done’ reminder (NEW)

There is a new type of task available – Mark as done.

When this is selected and configured, then operators just need to confirm if they have done the task specified. In other words, this type of check acts as a reminder.

Another new task type is “Enter text” which is exactly what it says.

If this is selected, operators can write free text as an answer to the checklist task. This includes all numbers and letters.
