At times it is necessary to identify that additional workforce was used on a shift that have not been added as operators in Evocon (such as seasonal or temporary workforce). To make sure that the information regarding actual number of people working a shift on a station is registered, it is possible to mark unnamed additional workforce (in addition to operators who are registered in Evocon).
Once this is set up from the Settings side, the option to add additional workforce will appear in the Operators modal in Shift View.
Go to Settings → Stations
Find the station you want to enable this option on and open it for editing.
Under “Shift View settings” section “Advanced settings”, find the option “Allow adding of additional workforce” and check it:
Click “Save” to confirm.
