The welcome e-mail for Office and admin users looks like this:

The newly added user can use the “Create password” button to create a password for their Evocon account.

What if I missed the 24 hour deadline to create a password for my new account?

If more than 24 hours have passed since you received your welcome email, the password creation link has expired.

To set your password:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter your username
4. Check your email for instructions

The resetting option is valid for 1 hour after receiving it in your e-mail. Please also note the requirements for the new password (noted also in the resetting e-mail):

• MUST contain at least 16 characters
• MUST contain at least one uppercase letter
• MUST contain at least one lowercase letter
• MUST contain at least one number
