Users can create saved reports and then schedule to have them sent to e-mail(s) - this will ensure that relevant data is made available for the user and anyone not having an account in Evocon (e.g top management).
This feature is available in Professional and Enterprise packages.
The feature is user-specific, which means that each user can set up their own saved reports and schedule sending these to e-mail as needed. Other users can not see or change your saved reports or scheduling.
You can see your saved reports and scheduled reports under Reports, on top of the menu:

Go to Reports from the side-menu:

Click on “Scheduled reports”:

A window opens on the right. Click on “+ Schedule”:

Make the necessary selections and fill the fields:
Saved report - select the saved report you want to schedule to be sent to e-mail.
Frequency - select the frequency of the e-mail.
Daily - for the daily e-mail, specify the time (multiple times can be set up):

Weekly - for the weekly e-mail, specify the number of weeks, select the day(s) and set the time(s):

Monthly - for the monthly e-mail, specify the number of months, set the time(s) and then select the specific weekday or set the specific calendar day:

E-mails - specify the e-mail addresses. Your own is added by default (from your Evocon account).
Subject - add a subject to the e-mail that indicates what report is sent with it.
Message - it is optional, but you can add any relevant information as the body of the e-mail.
Status - set to enabled by default, but you can disable it any time.

Click “Save”.
To edit any of your scheduled reports, open them and click on the dotted icon and select “Edit”.
Make your changes and click “Save”.

To disable a scheduled report, just open your scheduled reports and use the toggle to disable it (it is green when enabled and grey when disabled):
